I just wanted to reach out to you about working with Jake Pavlovich. Last year I spoke with him and I moved my motorcycle over to State Farm. He was great to work with at that time. This year when I renewed my policy, I asked about moving all of our vehicles, our travel trailer, and our home over to State Farm. He is a big reason why we moved all of our insurance to you. Mitzi Ryburn and her office has been absolutely amazing! They have made sure I understand everything that's going on with insurance and have even helped be catch problems if/when there were some. I had insurance through her for several years, got married and my husband wanted to go through his insurance company. Unfortunately we have had multiple issues with the new company.... I called her office up recently to get mortgage/car insurance and June was extremely helpful. To my surprise, Mitzi sent me an email saying she was happy to hear that I considered going back. They will now have our business for awhile due to her and June's friendliness and knowledge on what exactly we need. Here's to no more insurance problems!
